See All ReviewsI believe our servers name was Sydney. She was fantastic and helped my mom and I have a great time. We were able to spend some time together chatting and Sydney gave me plenty of refills on my coffee and did not rush us at all. Thank you so much!
We stopped here while waiting for a nearby tire repair. The wait was reasonable. The staff was not unprofessional, but they were not particularly friendly either. We ordered a make-your-own omelet, pancakes, oatmeal, and additional items for the children. I ordered a Benedict omelet with sausage instead of ham, with pancakes, and tomatoes instead of hash browns. While some items were correct, several were not. My omelet came with ham instead of sausage, and hash browns were served instead of the tomatoes I requested. The children’s meals were also incorrect, and extra items we did not order were brought to the table. I was not concerned about receiving extra food. However, we were charged for everything that was brought out, including items we did not order, and we were charged for the tomato substitution that we did not receive. The only correction I requested was the sausage instead of ham. The waitress took my plate back, returned, and insisted it was sausage. It clearly was not; it appeared to be ham cut into rectangular pieces. At the end of the meal, when I asked whether my brother had left a tip, the server told me he had not. He later confirmed he left a $12 tip on the receipt. Overall, there were multiple order errors, incorrect charges, an unwillingness to correct a mistake, and what felt like dishonesty regarding the tip. Very disappointing experience.
I was so excited after watching them put so much into the relocation. Hoping the quality would be better. It's been a wait. The place is clean, new with a touch of soft Mediterranean style. The waitresses are sweet, and on top of things. But.. the food was still lacking. How do you mess up scrambled eggs, gyros meat. It was all over cooked hard meat and floating in oil. And I gather from the chatter the Big Boss was cooking. But, I would never serve that even to my family. When mentioned to the server, she kindly apologizes and bows her head. She didn't cook it, but has to serve. I will probably try again... carefully. It definitely was not worth 17.79. If you see the pictures I couldn't finish it.
